No More Heroes being re-released at budget price

In an awesome move, Australian distributor All Interactive Entertainment will be re-releasing the original No More Heroes at a new low price on the same day as the sequel.

Both are due out May 20 (so much for that 'late April' launch). The first game will cost $29.95, while the sequel - Desperate Struggle - is priced at $79.95. The re-release of No More Heroes will now also have the OFLC rating printed on the box itself, rather than just a sticker. Just uh, just in case you're interested in that sort of thing!

I kind of like the ash better, it makes more sense when the guys come to clean up with vacuum cleaners.

Also nice to see a game like this getting a second chance.

Since I already have my copy of NMH1 I'll stick with that, although if someone could upload a high res version of the boxart with the ACB rating just so I could get my OCD-nerd to shut up about that game being the only one on my Wii shelf without an Aussie rating lol.

And with the delay til May for NMH2, it does just me time to get through Episodes from Liberty City (which was delayed til mid April) although now Desperate Struggle is going to have to duke it out with 3D Dot Game Heroes for my attention.

Now I feel a need to exchange my OFLC-stickered box for an OFLC-printed box. But then, it does have the sticker... maybe I could just nick the insert and have both :P

DarkMoogle: How have you managed to have no other euro boxes? At least not without missing out on some good stuff :O

I'm pretty sure I've just been missing out on the good stuff (which, at the top of my head, consists of Silent Hill: Shattered Memories and ... )

I think he meant good games that didn't get boxarts with the OFLC rating printed on, instead of a sticker. :P

A Boy & His Blob + Blast Works are on my 'wanting to buy' list, along with Silent Hill: Shattered Memories (and maybe Sky Crawlers) but aside from that I think everything else on Wii had aussie ratings printed on the art, not stickers. Things have been less easy on DS/PS3/PSP since there are games from Japan/US that haven't been localised for Australia yet :p
