Rugby League 3 suffers delay

Originally announced with a Q4 2009 release in mind, HES' Wii-exclusive Rugby League 3 has now been pushed back to March next year. The 11th of March, to be exact. But hey, now HES will be offering a pre-order bonus in the form of a MadCatz pad at selected retailers. I'm assuming this confirms Rugby League 3 is also compatible with the GameCube controller!

Sadly, this is one of the few Wii games i'm looking forward too.

This is a massive blow for me as I was hoping to play this over Xmas.
Oh well, more time for them to polish up the controls I guess.
That release date will ensure more sales though, right at the start of the footy season.

It's Rugby LEAGUE not Rugby (union).

You'd better start running, that flame proof booth won't save you ;-)

On the 360/Ps3 which should also come out next year.

And AFL and NRL are as equally as awesome.
